Downtown Telgar

High sky scrapers filled with buisnesses, hotels and pent house aparments are found here...mostly the rich dominate this area even though others can be found.

The Docks

This is the area of the city that only the bravest tread, it is run by cut throats and bikers and violence is a regular thing. But for all the troubles it has, it is known to have some of the best Night Clubs around. Of course the clubs are mostly owned by the Cian so those that come are protected either by their own will or because there is a much tastier reason for them being there.
